Salary Range: $58K - $82K

What You'll Do:




Maintain primary responsibility for managing the fleet operations of a Sealy plant.
Areas of responsibility include: inbound and outbound freight costs, asset management, safety compliance, driver dispatch, ensuring compliance with company standards, customer satisfaction, and other transportation-related duties.
Use logistics software to budget for and reconcile miles, fuel receipts, work orders, etc.
Measure and report performance indicators to appropriate management as directed.
Manage driver payroll and ensure consistency with applicable labor agreements.
Maintain responsibility for fleet safety through inspections, planning and delivering trainings, and adherence to company policies.
Assist management with auditing the effectiveness of current procedures and policies and implementing corrections when needed.
Support and work as a liaison between the transportation team and the Sealy assembly plant team.
Perform other duties as assigned.

What You'll Need


4 years of experience in supply chain, transportation, or logistics management.
Experience with and understanding of FMCSA regulations.
