As an Electronic Assembler in ourProductsGroup at Microwave Products Group - Pole/Zero Corporation in West Chester, OH, you will support the military community by soldering electronic components, wires and other electronic parts to designated locations on printed circuit assemblies in accordance with IPC-A-610 requirements.

Primary Responsibilities of this position include:

Solder various electronic components, wires and other electronic parts to designated locations on printed circuit boards to IPC regulations
Assemble microcircuits requiring fine hand assembly with the use of microscopes
Incorporation of engineering change to new and existing products at board level
Record activity into a database
Review ERP for proper configuration control specifications

Knowledge, skills and abilities strongly preferred include:

Ability to pass and obtain an IPC-610 certification
Basic mechanical skills
Basic computer skills
High level of attention to detail
Ability to read blueprints
Ability to interface effectively with internal customers and work closely with all levels of the organization.

Requirements Include:

High school diploma or GED required
Must be a US person (US Citizen or Permanent Resident/Green Card Holder)
2+ years soldering experience preferred
2+ years related defense manufacturing experience preferred
IPC-610 certification preferred

Bonus Eligible: This position is eligible to earn a discretionary bonus based on performance metrics and other criteria outlined in our applicable bonus plan.
