A manufacturer in Medina County is hiring Manufacturing Technicians at our facility in Medina, OH. These are Direct Hire positions that offer paid training and opportunities for advancement.

What does a Manufacturing Technician do?
Operating extrusion and blow-molding manufacturing production machines and equipment.
Monitoring and adjusting production machine settings (heat control, water cooling temperatures, hydraulic pressure) to keep production running smoothly.
Troubleshooting machines and doing basic maintenance.
Checking product quality to assure it meets customer specifications (e.g., bottle weights, dimensions).
Teaming up with your co-workers to find smarter ways to do things.
Learning new skills with hands-on training and career development opportunities.
To be a Manufacturing Technician, you'll need:
Mechanical inclination – you like to fix things, use tools, work with your hands.
At least 1 year of experience operating manufacturing equipment in a high-volume production environment.
Knowledge of extrusion or blow molding machines and equipment is a plus!
Strong problem-solving and mechanical troubleshooting skills.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. with or without a reasonable accommodation.
Choose your shift:
3-2-2-3 Schedule (3 days on, 2 days off, 2 days on, 3 days off)
Days: 8am-8pm ($20/hr)
Nights: 8pm-8am ($22/hr)
