POSITION TITLE: Maintenance Engineer
LOCATION OF EMPLOYMENT: 2801 W. Stroop Rd, Moraine, Ohio 45439
POSITION DUTIES SUMMARY: Responsible for maintenance and repair according to equipment breakdown calls during on-duty shift. Prepare specifications for the purchase of spare parts inventory. Responsible for mechanical and electrical maintenance of production equipment, perform issue analysis and resolve according to work orders/maintenance request. Perform routine equipment inspection, identify potential failure risks and take action to prevent downtime. Responsible for regular backup or revision to automation program; regularly backup or revise automation program and ensure the reliability of backup. Be responsible for equipment preventive maintenance and lubrication; reduce equipment downtime and quantity of scraped product due to equipment issue for responsible area. Responsible for document record, such as Equipment sudden breakdown maintenance record and Maintenance work daily log. Responsible for staffs' related basic equipment knowledge, procedure, and skill training.
POSITION REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor’s degree in electronic engineering, mechanical engineering, automation or related field or foreign equivalent plus 2 years of manufacturing experience in:
· Mechanical equipment and its component’s drawing design, installation and trial operation;
· Formulating operating procedures for mechanical equipment;
· Carryout technical transformation or adjustment for the existing defects in the mechanical equipment;
· Formulate mechanical equipment preventive maintenance and overhaul repair plans for mechanical equipment, including its implementation and inspection to ensure maintenance quality;
· Upgrade mechanical equipment to improve mechanical efficiency;
· Read electrical drawings and apply mechanical theories;
· Quickly and accurately determine and resolve the cause of equipment issues.
