What you'll own

Documentation Mastery: Creating and maintaining project plans, white papers, and internal SOPs that ensure clarity and consistency across onboarding efforts.Process Assurance: Acting as a safeguard for process integrity-mapping roles, tracking responsibilities, and flagging gaps early.

Insight Generation: Analyzing data from ongoing or completed implementations to uncover trends, patterns, or friction points-helping the team stay proactive rather than reactive.

Special Projects: Jumping into evolving needs-whether that's researching best practices for onboarding enterprise customers or evaluating the impact of new VAS products.

What you bring

Strong working knowledge of Worldpay's product suite, onboarding workflows, and enterprise customer touchpoints

Proficiency with Sharepoint, Excel and Salesforce

Proven expertise in documenting business processes, creating project plans, and developing team-level SOPs

Solid understanding of financial services regulations and systems development life cycles (e.g., waterfall, iterative)

Proficient in Lean, Six Sigma, or similar methodologies with experience in process mapping and quality assurance

Excellent communication and presentation skills-adept at translating technical and procedural details for diverse stakeholders

Sharp analytical and problem-solving abilities to identify trends, diagnose bottlenecks, and support team performance

Proactive, collaborative, and comfortable driving cross-functional alignment on new initiatives and special projects

Worldpay is committed to providing its employees with an exciting career opportunity and competitive compensation. The pay range for this full-time position is $91,900.00 - $154,300.00 and reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for this position based on the posted role, level, and location. Within the range, actual individual starting pay is determined by additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Any changes in work location will also impact actual individual starting pay. Please consult with your recruiter about the specific salary range for your preferred location during the hiring process.
