Vector Solutions is seeking an experienced public safety Implementation Manager with the skills to inspire customer brand advocates and drive customers through to the launch of their newly purchased products. Implementation Managers work cross-functionally with other Vector team members to constantly improve and automate processes that benefit our customers and our team's success.
What You'll Do:
Be passionate about implementing Vector Solution's technology to your assigned business unit?and products. This particular position is for implementing our Vector Check It product, and other Vector products as assigned.
Be a consultative partner to guide configuration and implementation decisions based on the customer's use case, Vector Solutions best practices, and assist with initial platform configurations and launch
Lead implementation meetings with customers, their project managers, administrators, and stakeholders
Be able to jump in to assist with other implementation projects as needed
Work towards professional development goals that align with company initiatives
Support the VP of Customer Services with team-wide strategies and process
Be able to brief Managers, VPs, C Suite or any member of the executive team on project status
Provide training and mentorship to junior team members
Lead by example and perform duties in a respectful manner
Requirements
5+ years of experience in the public safety industry or implementation experience with like products
Excellent interpersonal skills needed to develop strong business relationships with clients.
Proficient in Microsoft Offices suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Office), CRM (Salesforce), and the ability to learn additional software.
Confidence presenting new ideas to clients and high-level executives.
High level of attention to detail, and expertise in resolving customer issues quickly.
Excellent communication skills verbally and written in addition to presentation skills.
Strong work ethic, a bias to action, and the ability to perform independently with minimal supervision in a self-managed environment.
Excellent organizational skills.
Ability to adapt to new conditions, assignments, and deadlines.
Excellent time management, goal setting, and prioritization capability.
Ability to work independently and use sound judgement to make decisions.
