Preferably, YOU have:

Metal work experience
Experience with fabrication shop equipment
Knowledge and experience with powder coating, material handling, and mastering the powder coating and paint operation.
Must be flexible in balancing responsibilities from using saws
Have good time management skills and be willing to learn new things.
