Description
The Director of Talent Acquisition will drive the organization's strategic talent acquisition efforts across the enterprise. Partnering with the various business unit Human Resource and Leadership teams this individual will assess talent capability gaps and promote effective strategies and metrics for sourcing, developing, and retaining talent. This individual will work with corporate Marketing to enhance current recruiting methodologies as well as develop new avenues for corporate visibility and future talent pipeline development.

Responsibilities include:
* Providing leadership, support, advocacy, and vision to HR teams for recruiting talent within the various business units
* Lead and manage a dedicated talent acquisition team with supporting internal customers and external partners.
* Using data and market intelligence to develop and drive effective strategies and metrics
* Serving as subject matter expert to create and sustain modern approaches to build, engage, manage, and continually improve the talent acquisition systems and processes
* Advocating for Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion in all talent acquisition activities
* Leveraging effective working relationships and influencing key stakeholders in support of business goals
* Lead, develop, and expand the applicant's overall experience
* Developing, maintaining, and advancing key strategic recruiting partnerships across business units

Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Communications, Psychology, Business, Marketing, or related field; or a combination of education and work experience that yields the minimally required skills
* 10+ years' Human Resources experience; minimum of 5 years' building and developing high volume talent acquisition processes
* Proven record in candidate experience, sourcing techniques, employment law, OFCCP compliance and recruitment marketing
* Experience working with tools of the trade including resume databases, internet sourcing and social media
* Excellent oral and written communication, and interpersonal skills
* Time management and prioritization skills to ensure assigned responsibilities are completed in an efficient manner
* Up to 25% travel to various locations or events
