Job Description
Visa's Global Acceptance Risk Portfolio (GARP) product management team is seeking a dynamic, outgoing, and creative product management leader who will be a key member of the ARS Go-To-Market (GTM) team. This role will be responsible for supporting the ARS team across the organization focused primarily on commercialization and go-to-market activities to raise the product's portfolio profile both internally and externally. This individual will work closely with cross-functional teams including regional leaders within Sales, Product Marketing, and Visa Managed Services (VMS)to evangelize positive market positioning, identify and execute on strategic opportunities across channels and regions, conduct and/or collaborate on voice of sales and voice of customers for real time market insights and product feedback to support ongoing ARS GTM and product efforts.
Responsibilities:
Serve as GTM leader to support and enable ARS business product leaders in successfully commercializing ARS net new products and enhancements (i.e., council, internal/external communications, training, activation/adoption, etc.)
Support in development of use-case, segment, and client-specific assets to enable various stakeholders (i.e., sales, Visa Managed Services (VMS), Sales Engineers, Customer Support)
Help drive newly created or updated go to market assetswith ARS business product leaders, Product Marketing, Legal, Sales, VMS, and others
Enable and participate in voice of customer sessions for ARS product portfolio
Serve as support channel for regional voice of sales, VMS, and solution managers requesting GTM activities
Be an ARS and market evangelist by representing and gathering internal and external feedback and advocating for customer and market needs and requirements to ARS business product leaders to ensure "voice of the customer" and "voice of sales" are represented
Support sales teams in GTM efforts to enable product adoption, activation and retention
Support GARP GTM team in development of GTM assets, coordinating TOIs, QBR planning, Acceptance intake and commercialization council
Partner with product managers, technical partners, and other product teams to identify and optimize processes and to deliver on strategic initiatives
Collaborate with global and regional partners, as well as sales and partnership teams to define go-to-market strategies and develop integrated GTM efforts
This is a hybrid position. Expectation of days in office will be confirmed by your hiring manager.
Qualifications
Basic Qualifications
8 or more years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor Degree or at least 5 years of experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or 2 years of work experience with a PhD
Preferred Qualifications
9 or more years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor Degree or 7 or more relevant years of experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or 3 or more years of experience with a PhD
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
7+ years of experience in product marketing, go-to-market strategy, product management or related roles
Deep domain experience in driving strategy and execution of integrated marketing, sales, and service capabilities to enable business acceleration
Proven track record of successfully launching and commercializing products.
Strong analytical skills and ability to translate market insights into actionable strategies.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
Experience creating and driving adoption of efficient and scalable product planning and development processes consistent with Visa Product Life Cycle best practice
Demonstrated experience in pricing exercise and participating in sales lifecycle
Ability to thrive in ambiguity and operate without authority
Additional Information
Work Hours: Varies upon the needs of the department.
Travel Requirements: This position requires travel5-10% of the time.
Mental/Physical Requirements: This position will be performed in an office setting. The position will require the incumbent to sit and stand at a desk, communicate in person and by telephone, frequently operate standard office equipment, such as telephones and computers.

U.S. APPLICANTS ONLY: The estimated salary range for a new hire into this position is 127,300 to 184,700 USD per year, which may include potential sales incentive payments (if applicable). Salary may vary depending on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location. In addition, this position may be eligible for bonus and equity.
