Maintenance Technician

Responsibilities


This position is based at the PCA Box Plant located in Fairfield, OH.
This position will perform a variety of maintenance tasks including diagnosing, repairing, rebuilding, or replacing mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and Pneumatic systems on plant equipment.
Technicians work as part of a team to safely perform Preventive Maintenance Activities as well as answer break down calls in a Production Environment.
All Maintenance Technician positions are Multicraft, and training is provided to develop these skills.

Basic Qualifications


2+ Years' experience in successfully troubleshooting and repairing industrial machinery.
A Technical Degree in the Mechanical or Electrical Trades is a plus.
Be Authorized to work in the US.
Experience in the Corrugated Packaging or Printing Industry is a plus.
Must be able to work 3rd shift- 11:00pm-7:00am Sunday-Thursday

Experience: Demonstrated longevity of at least 2 years of Maintenace experience in previous employment. Preference given to candidates with previous experience.
Agility: Must be able to repeatedly lift up to 50 pounds individually, walk, sit, stand, squat, and bend over repetitively and consistently, throughout your shift with or without reasonable accommodation.

What you will get:


$25.00 - $38.00 based on mechanical and electrical skills and experience.

1.5 Pay Saturday and Sunday

1.5 Pay Holidays + additional OT over 8 hours on holidays
