Part-time office assistant

About the Job

We are currently looking for a part-time office assistant to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

* Perform general office duties such as filing, photocopying, scanning, and organizing documents
* Assist with mail distribution and deliveries
* Maintain cleanliness and organization of office common areas (kitchen, meeting rooms, supply closets)
* Refill office supplies and notify the supervisor when stocks are low
* Run local errands, if needed
* Support staff with light administrative tasks assigned

Requirements:

* Jobcore experience is a plus, but not required
* High school diploma or equivalent preferred
* Previous office experience is a plus, but not required
* Good communication skills and a positive attitude
* Dependable, punctual, and detail-oriented
* Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize
* Basic computer skills (Microsoft Word, Excel, email)
