Job Description
Duties: The Kitchen Assistant at URS works alongside our Cook to maintain a clean, sanitary, safe, and efficient
kitchen and service area. Maintains and rotates stock while assisting with food preparation for the Youth and Adult
participants while adhering to all food service and health and safety standards.
Qualifications: Must be 18 years of age or be enrolled in a Food Service/Culinary Program that satisfies ServSafe
Level 1 requirements. High School Diploma or equivalent is required. Previous kitchen experience is preferred.
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds. Certification in CPR and First Aid is also required.
