Job Title: Organizational Change Management (OCM) Coordinator
Location: Cincinnati, OH area
Hybrid/Remote Options: In office, two days a week

Position Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Organizational Change Management (OCM) Coordinator to support change initiatives across business and technology teams.
This role is critical in ensuring that the people side of change is effectively managed to achieve desired business outcomes.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of OCM principles, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to navigate ambiguity with confidence and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities:
Apply core principles of organizational change management to support project goals and stakeholder adoption.
Develop and execute communication and engagement plans tailored to diverse audiences.
Create clear, concise, and compelling written communications, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
Collaborate cross-functionally with business and technology teams to identify and understand changes resulting from project work.
Translate complex or ambiguous requirements into actionable OCM strategies and deliverables.
Monitor and report on the effectiveness of change management activities and adjust plans as needed.
Support training and readiness efforts in alignment with change initiatives.

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Business, Organizational Development, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in organizational change management, communications, or project coordination.
Strong understanding of change management methodologies (e.g., ADKAR, Prosci, Kotter).
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proven ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Experience working with cross-functional teams and managing stakeholder expectations.
High attention to detail and commitment to quality.

Preferred Qualifications:
Change Management certification (e.g., Prosci) is a plus.
Experience in technology-driven change initiatives.
Familiarity with project management tools and collaboration platforms (e.g., Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, Jira).

There will be a vendor call for this position on Tuesday 7/1/2025 at 1:30-2:00pm EST. Please review the Job Description and vendor notes, and come prepare with any questions you have for the HM.
Top 3 skills - Organizational skills, detail oriented and exceptional communicator. Looking for someone who has the ability to work cross functionally with some ambiguity. Someone who can work autonomously, can see a couple steps ahead.
Project details- supporting at least one project, potentially 2 - both in supply chain. This position will be supporting the Enterprise Transformation Effort, working across several business groups across the organization- multiple stakeholders and multiple teams.
Work location - hybrid in Cincinatti, required to be onsite a couple times a week, doesn’t have to be same days as manager.
Travel requirements - none
Required working hours per week - 8-5

Duration of assignment - through Jan 31, 2026

Interview process details - Interviews will begin the week of 14th. There will be 2 rounds, the first round with the HM and 2nd round with team manager.
Prescreening Details - Manual pre-screen with 3 questions from the manager
