Location
This position is 100% in office. The employee will work their scheduled work hours in a designated WesBanco location. Consideration for location will be within the Toledo or Findlay market where space is available.

Education and/or Experience
* Bachelor's Degree required, a major in Finance, Economics, Marketing and/or Business Administration preferred.
* A minimum of two years of Trust, Retirement Plan Services, or financial related experience preferred.
Certificates, Licenses, Registrations
While not required, various professional certifications support the ability to successfully fill this position, i.e. CRSP, CRPP, CFP, CPA, APA, APR, QKA, QPA, QKS, and CPC.
Technical Skills
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Products including Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint.
* Adept at virtual conferencing systems.

* Excellent communication skills - both written and verbal.
* Strong interpersonal, relationship management, and customer service skills.
* Ability to retain and develop business and personal relationships.
* Ability to meet with clients and prospects both in person and virtually.
* Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations.
* Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals.

* Ability to travel throughout the WesBanco footprint as needed including. overnight stays as needed

Job Description
Summary
Administer assigned accounts within prescribed guidelines. Prompt response to customer inquiries and requests. Advise clients concerning the design and administration of employer sponsored retirement plans. Participates in client meetings (in person and virtual), including retirement plan account reviews, employee education meetings, business development meetings, internal presentations, etc.
Essential Function
Banking is a highly regulated industry and you will be expected to acquire and maintain a proficiency in the Bank's policies and procedures, and adhere to all laws, rules and regulations that are applicable to your conduct and the work you will be performing. You will also be expected to complete all assigned compliance training in a timely manner.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
Administers client accounts, including IRA's, 401k's, 403b's, pensions, etc.
Administers a full and varied account load.
Advises clients concerning the design and administration of employer sponsored retirement plans.
Advises clients on individual retirement accounts and retirement planning.
Meets with clients (in person and virtual).
Participates in retirement plan account reviews and employee education meetings.
Prepares and submits required government reports.
Keeps up to date on employer sponsored retirement plans and IRA planning and administration procedures and applicable laws and regulations.
Prospects and develops potential new business while developing and working with internal business partners.
Accounts for key trust relationships.
Exhibits strong leadership and accountability for effective communication and direction.
Considers and effectively manages the risks associated with business objectives and activities.
Operates with moderate independence and resolves complaints and problems within established policies and procedures.
May be assigned special projects and limited supervisory responsibilities.
