Facilities Senior Associate

About the Job

* Job Responsibilities:
* Required to perform Preventative, Predictive, and Repair maintenance on, but not limited to, production equipment, facility equipment, buildings, and grounds. These task to be performed using appropriate documents and/or tools.
* Required to aid in the installation or the re-location of equipment.
* Required to work any shift, weekends, shutdowns, and overtime when needed.
* May be required to do other reasonable manufacturing duties as assigned.
* Required to adhere to all safety rules
* Special requirements:
* Must pass Maintenance A test with a 70% or better score.
* Required to maintain regular attendance and can work in team environment.
* Self-motivated.
* Machines and Equipment Involved:
* Required to use, and be proficient with, a Multi-Meter, Oscilloscope preferred, and other electrical measuring devices when needed.
* Required and be proficient in reading and understanding electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, schematics and diagrams.
* Depending on operation, will use any or all, but not limited to, the following as applicable: welding tools including mig, arc, gas braze and diagnostic equipment.
* Educational Requirements:
High School diploma, GED, or equivalent.

* Qualifications (skills, work experience):
* 1 to 5 years' experience preferred.
* Siemens CNC and/or PLC automation background preferred.
* Required to use, and be proficient with, welding equipment acetylene torch, stick, and mig-wire welder when needed.
* Required and be proficient in hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical systems with a proven mechanical ability.
* Required to be proficient in using a computer for accessing and entering work orders.
* Rigging and lifting knowledge a plus.
