DW Cafes LLC dba Dunkin's in Lima, OH is looking for 4-6 bakers - overnight to join our team. Join us at our new store that will be located on 1122 Bellefontaine Ave, Lima, OH. Our ideal candidate is self-driven, punctual, and hard-working.
Responsibilities:
- Weigh and measure ingredients
- Roll, knead, cut, or shape dough to form sweet rolls, pie crusts, tarts, cookies, or other products.
- Set oven temperatures and monitor or modify as needed
- Ice, glaze, and decorate baked goods
- Prepare and maintain inventory
- Clean and sanitize workstation and equipment
Qualifications:
- Attention to detail in all aspects of baking
- Dedicated to working as a team towards one goal
- Experience as a Baker a plus

Shift Available:
- Overnight - Shift start 9 or 10 pm - onwards. Everyday 6 to 8 hrs.
- Every other weekend is REQUIRED
Pay:
- Day Baker - $11 to $12.50 per hour
- Overnight Bakers - $12 to $14 per hour
- Based on experience and availability
