Accounting Administrator

About the Job

Staffmark is seeking a detail-oriented Accounting Administrator to support financial operations for a manufacturing client in Huber Heights, OH. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a strong accounting background, excellent communication skills, and a desire to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Pay: $25-$27/hr

Schedule: 1st Shift (Monday-Friday)

Responsibilities:

Monitor and collect past due accounts receivable balances

Post daily cash receipts and manage bank deposits

Prepare and distribute customer invoices and process expense reports

Reconcile accounts and assist with month-end closing

Maintain vendor master files and update SAP as needed

Process intercompany netting and ensure accurate billing and collections

Handle customer dispute resolution and document collection efforts in CRM

Maintain sales tax exemption records and foreign currency rates

Back up accounts payable processing and support internal audits

Organize accounting documentation in accordance with retention policies

Provide general accounting support and perform other duties as assigned

What You Bring:

Associate degree in Accounting

1+ year of accounting experience (manufacturing environment preferred)

Knowledge of Excel, general ledger systems, and financial reporting

Familiarity with receivables, collections, and payables

Strong attention to detail and ability to analyze financial data

Excellent communication skills and a client-service mindset

Experience with SAP, Concur, and CRM systems is a plus
