We are currently seeking a motivated Driver Recruiter to help our client grow their fleet by bringing in top CDL-A talent. If you're a people-person with a knack for sourcing and engaging candidates-and have experience in transportation recruiting-this could be your perfect fit!

Schedule: 8:00am - 4:30pm, Monday - Friday

Salary: $45,760/yr.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute strategic recruiting plans for CDL-A drivers

Actively source candidates through online job boards, social networks, and industry contacts

Manage inbound calls and inquiries from prospective drivers

Oversee pre-employment processes including paperwork and background checks

Collaborate with operations to prioritize hiring needs

Manage online advertising and maintain company recruitment website

Promote job openings through print ads, professional organizations, and digital channels

Qualifications:

Several years of recruiting experience (transportation industry preferred)

Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Tenstreet, Qualcomm, and internet-based sourcing

Strong communication skills, both written and verbal

Knowledge of human resources practices and general labor laws

Self-motivated, organized, and proactive mindset
