Job Summary

We are currently hiring an IHT Head of Content and Creative Strategy for our Corporate Marketing team, and our ideal candidate will lead and execute high-impact campaigns, content and brand storytelling for B2B and B2C audiences that personify the brand architecture of SMG. This role requires a strategic thinker who brings deep expertise in branding, content development, and creative direction.

Essential Duties

Your Day-to-Day Leadership includes Activities such as these:

-Develop and lead the firm's overarching brand storytelling and content strategy, ensuring alignment with business goals, values, and client needs.

-Lead content planning, editorial calendars, and integrated campaign execution in coordination with the broader marketing team.

-Provide creative direction on visual assets, ensuring alignment with brand identity across presentations, social graphics, reports, and digital content.

-Serve as a strategic advisor to business leaders, practice heads, and marketing peers on content and brand positioning.

-Define success metrics and monitor content performance to inform data-driven improvements.

Familiarity with CMS platforms and marketing systems (e.g., HubSpot, Pardot) is a plus.
