Staffmark is hiring a motivated Insurance Agent in Wilmington, OH! This direct hire role with a growing agency focuses on new business development and offers strong commission and renewal potential. If you're driven, people-focused, and ready to grow your career, apply today!

Annual Salary: $45,000 - $50,000

Commission Structure:

40% commission on all new business

27.5% on commercial renewals

15% on small business and personal lines renewals

50% on all life insurance policies

Schedule: Monday - Friday | 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Responsibilities:

Sell a range of insurance products including personal, commercial, and life policies

Prospect and develop new business opportunities

Follow up on leads and close sales

Maintain strong client relationships to grow renewals and generate referrals

Qualifications:

Active insurance license preferred (training may be provided for the right local candidate)

Strong communication and relationship-building skills

Self-motivated, entrepreneurial mindset with a focus on growth and success
