What You'll Do:
Identify and develop new business opportunities within industrial and manufacturing markets.
Engage with OEMs to provide tailored solutions for industrial parts, components, and inventory management.
Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships to ensure continued success.
Provide technical guidance and consultative solutions to customers.
Collaborate with internal teams to deliver the best possible solutions for clients.
Work towards achieving sales goals with a highly competitive commission structure.
What We Look For:
5-10 years of experience in technical sales or industrial sales in a B2B environment.
Proven experience selling industrial parts, components, or managing inventory solutions for OEMs is highly valued.
A strong mix of business development (hunter) and relationship management (farmer) skills.
The ability to understand and communicate technical concepts effectively.
