What You'll Be Doing:

Inspect and process automotive parts

Trim, sort, and place products into bins based on quality and specifications

Use basic tools to ensure parts meet safety and quality standards

Maintain a clean, organized workspace and follow safety protocols

Work as part of a fast-paced production team to meet daily goals

What We're Looking For:

Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a team environment

Willingness to learn and adapt in a production setting

Dependable attendance and readiness to work overtime

A positive attitude and commitment to quality work

Comfortable working in a hot manufacturing environment

Pay & Shifts:

Training starts on 1st shift at $16.75/hour

After training, transition permanently to 2nd or 3rd shift at $17.75/hour

Earn an extra $0.50/hour perfect attendance bonus
