Job Title: Program Manager

Job Location: Columbus, OH (On-Site)

Pay Range: $67/hr-$79/hr

Contract Length: 3 Months (Contract-to-Hire)

 

Job Profile Summary

Manages the Information Technology (IT) needs of assigned Business Segment(s) through staff and/or subordinate managers and supervisors. Integral in the development of strategy, planning, funding, and delivery of technology products and services to the Business Segment(s) and delivery partners. These partners include technology segments.

Responsible for maintaining a roadmap that has the buyin of our business and technology segments

Ensure that roadmap items are executed according to plan after articulated

Ensures that the segment has technology/thought leadership around the execution of initiatives; partnering with enterprise architecture

Partners in developing /executing technology strategy and is responsible for end-to-end technology project execution including resource planning.

Responsible for financial transparency across IT (including initiatives and base operations) for the Business Segment(s). Financial transparency includes labor and non-labor forecasting and planning.

Evaluates and validates business drivers and priorities and communicates to the organization. Accountable for business domains and products.

Responsible for maintaining accountability within the team - ensuring that roles within the team are executing according to assigned job duties.

  • Responsible for financial transparency across IT (including initiatives and base operations) for the Business Segment(s).
  • Evaluates and validates business drivers and priorities and communicates to the organization.
  • Accountable for business domains and products.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
