Summary

Lincoln Electric has an outstanding opportunity for a Supplier Assistant Coordinator based at our Euclid, Ohio manufacturing headquarters. Working within our Materials & Special Projects department, the Supplier Assistant Coordinator will support Cleveland Equipment's quality and operations initiatives by managing non-conforming materials, coordinating with suppliers, and handling material movements.

What You Will Do

* Enter non-conforming materials in SAP, ensuring clear descriptions by Quality/Production.
* Communicate with suppliers to resolve non-conforming materials.
* Execute the Return to Supplier program as needed.
* Transact material movements in SAP.
* Communicate effectively with suppliers, manufacturers, subsidiaries, and cross-functional teams within Lincoln Electric.
* Resolve issues as they arise.

Education & Experience Requirements

* High school diploma required; further training or education preferred.

* 1 (or more) years profesional experience.

* Strong verbal and written communication and organizational skills.
* Proficiency in SAP, Excel, Access, Word, and GlobalLinc.
* Familiarity with Lincoln products and systems is desirable.
* Attention to detail and commitment to on-time delivery.
* Ability to work well with all organizational levels, as well as external suppliers and customers.
* Demonstrates initiative and can work with minimal supervision.
* Excellent attendance record.
* Ability to lift and move products occasionally, similar to material handling.
