What You Will Be Doing:
Lead a high-performing team responsible for the full product lifecycle-from concept through launch and beyond.
Act as the central resource for design, process, manufacturing, testing, quality, and marketing.
Define and communicate product strategy and specifications.
Coordinate interdepartmental efforts to ensure timely, on-budget delivery.
Drive successful product releases aligned with corporate priorities.
Collaborate with senior leadership to shape short-, mid-, and long-term strategic plans.
What You Will Likely Bring:
Advanced knowledge in product management and the ability to teach others.
Passion for and ability to understand customer needs.
Excellent strategic thinking and prioritization skills.
Excellent communication, cross-functional teamwork, and influencing skills.
Experience owning a strategic P&L; collaborating with cross-functional teams and driving to growth goals and operational excellence.
What Could Set You Apart:
11+ years of progressive experience and demonstrated success/knowledge.
6+ years managing and developing multi-discipline teams, preferably with international reach across multiple service types.
5+ years of automotive industry experience.
Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience).
Master's degree preferred.
