Job Description: Counter Sales

Background: We are a 20-year-old distributor that caters to the commercial contractors
through providing products and services such as tools, fasteners, ladders, safety products,
tool and equipment repair, etc.

Hours: Part-Time, Potentially Full-Time. Typically, 8:00pm-2:00pm

Wage: Commensurate with experience

Primary Duties:

• Counter Sales while developing relationships with customers and employees
• Answering phone in a professional manner
• Maintain workflow of Tool Repair by:
       * Receiving tools by entering repair into our system
       * Ordering of parts
       * Aid mechanic when needed
• Accurately enter and fill customers’ orders
• Assist in loading and unloading trucks
• Assist in receiving and putting away products
• Assist in cycle counts
• Perform as a backup to delivery driver when needed
• Ability to lift at least 50 lbs. safely

Potential candidate must be:

• Professional in appearance
• Detailed oriented
• Mechanically Inclined. General knowledge of:
       * 2 cycle motors
       * Compressors
       * Power Tools, etc.
• Ability to multitask in a face-paced, self-disciplined environment while managing
time and workflow
• Computer skills
• Knowledge in our industry.
