Key Responsibilities

Branding & Marketing Development

    • Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy aligned with business goals and growth objectives.
    • Establish and maintain consistent brand messaging across all platforms and materials.
    • Design and manage all marketing collateral, including brochures, pitch decks, case studies, email campaigns, and social media content.
    • Implement and maintain a content calendar to drive visibility and engagement across key audiences.

Lead Generation

    • Plan and execute targeted marketing campaigns to generate high-quality, sales-qualified leads.
    • Track lead performance and optimize strategies based on conversion rates and feedback from the sales/preconstruction team.
    • Collaborate with the Preconstruction Director to ensure marketing efforts align with operational capacity and ideal project profiles.
    • Maintain and manage the CRM to track pipeline activity and campaign ROI.

Market & Competitor Analysis

    • Conduct ongoing research to identify market trends, client needs, and shifts in competitive positioning.
    • Provide actionable insights and recommendations to leadership based on findings.
    • Monitor competitor marketing activity and use data to refine positioning and identify white space opportunities.

Public Relations & Communications

    • Lead internal and external communications efforts to maintain a positive and professional image of the company.
    • Build relationships with industry partners, media contacts, and local organizations to expand brand reach.
    • Coordinate company presence at trade shows, community events, and other networking opportunities.
    • Manage internal messaging to ensure alignment across teams and reinforce company culture.

Qualifications

Education and Experience:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
    • Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in marketing, preferably in the construction or related industry.

Marketing Strategy and Execution:

    • Proven experience developing and executing successful marketing strategies and campaigns.
    • Strong understanding of brand positioning, market analysis, and competitive strategy.

Communication and Relationship Building:

    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients, industry partners, and internal teams.

Technical Skills:

    • Proficiency in marketing platforms (e.g., CRM systems, email marketing tools, social media).
    • Experience with design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Microsoft Office.

Industry Knowledge and Networking:

    • Understanding of the construction industry and market dynamics.
    • Ability to represent the company at trade shows, networking events, and industry functions.

Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills:

    • Strong analytical skills to assess market data and measure campaign performance.
    • Ability to adjust strategies based on market insights and competitor analysis.

Project and Time Management:

    • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
    • Experience coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with company objectives.
