About the Job

Are you looking to get started in manufacturing with a hands-on role? Staffmark is hiring a Banbury Operator in Delphos, OH. Join a team that plays a key part in the production of rubber and plastic products for various industries.

Pay Rate: $18.00/hour

Schedule: Monday - Thursday (some Fridays as needed)

What You'll Do:

Operate and monitor a Banbury mixer, ensuring correct settings for temperature, speed, and mix time

Measure and add raw materials like rubber, additives, and fillers according to specific formulas

Perform quality checks to ensure a consistent, homogeneous mix

Record batch data including materials used and process adjustments

Perform basic maintenance (cleaning, lubricating, inspecting)

Troubleshoot issues and ensure safe operation of machinery

Follow all safety procedures and compliance standards

What You Bring:

Entry-level role - training provided

Ability to lift up to 40 lbs

Attention to detail and willingness to learn

Basic mechanical understanding is a plus
