GENERAL PURPOSE
This position is responsible for assisting customers with requests for returns in a timely manner while continuously monitoring for customer responses.
DUTIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES
Ensure a high level of customer service is delivered to all customers
Process incoming requests from customers for RMA credit within company guidelines
Respond to customer non-technical problems in a timely fashion
Monitor customer response tracking software and give out RMA numbers to all customers after they agree to terms and answer or forward any questions customers may have
Work closely with internal purchasing department on OEM products at vendor for repair
Work closely with sales and technical support groups to ensure customer satisfaction
Understand workplace hazards and take steps to proactively prevent and report hazards or injuries in the workplace. Cooperate in safety programs, initiatives, and investigations.

JOB REQUIREMENTS
Essential Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required:
Excellent interpersonal, oral presentation and written communication skills; professional presence and behavior.
Detail oriented with good organizational skills
Able to multi-task and move quickly from one task to another
Self-starter with the ability to work independently
High analytical skills
Intermediate computer skills including Microsoft Word, Excel, and standard operating systems
Minimum Education and Experience Required:
High School diploma preferred with a minimum 1-3 years of customer service and/or manufacturing experience; or a combination of relevant education and experience.
Preferred Qualifications:
Familiarity with SAP
WORKING CONDITIONS/PHYSICAL DEMANDS
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required (for the majority of the working day) to sit and make coordinated movements of the fingers for data entry on a keyboard.
Ability to occasionally lift up to 40 pounds
General office environment
