Ottawa County Family Advocacy Center (OCFAC)
Join our mission to uplift families and children in Ottawa County through mentoring, advocacy, and community support. OCFAC is looking for a compassionate and organized Part-Time Mentor Coordinator to recruit and support volunteer mentors, work closely with local schools, and directly mentor youth.
Key Responsibilities:
Recruit and coordinate volunteer mentors
Match students with mentors and support relationships
Serve as a mentor and advocate for local youth
Collaborate with school staff
Track program data and support food distribution efforts
Qualifications:
High school diploma required; higher education a plus
Experience in advocacy, mentoring, or education preferred
Strong communication, organization, and tech skills
Flexibility to work from various locations and occasional evenings
