What you'll own as a Senior Account Based Marketing Manager
Increase pipeline value by creating personalized engagement strategies for each target account
Accelerate deal velocity through coordinated 1:Few and 1:1 touch points across marketing and sales channels
Expand wallet share within existing accounts by identifying and addressing specific growth opportunities
Strengthen account relationships by delivering consistent, meaningful interactions at every customer touchpoint
Develop and gain buy in on account-specific playbooks and shared success metrics
Enhance customer lifetime value by creating account-specific adoption, expansion and retention strategies
Improve market positioning by developing deep account insights that inform product and service evolution
Research and analyze individual target accounts to uncover specific business challenges, priorities, and decision-making structures
Work cross functionally to craft personalized messaging and content tailored to each account's unique situation and pain points
Collaborate with sales teams on account-specific engagement strategies and prepare a playbook complete with goals and measurements.
Monitor account engagement signals across channels to identify buying intent and optimize touchpoint timing
Work with Operations to develop seller notification and tasks based on engagement
Develop and manage highly targeted digital advertising campaigns for specific accounts (LinkedIn, display, etc.)
Create customized landing pages, microsites, or digital experiences for priority accounts
Plan and execute personalized direct mail or gifting initiatives to break through to key stakeholders
Analyze campaign performance data at the account level to measure engagement and progress
Adjust tactics based on real-time feedback and engagement metrics from individual accounts
Prepare account and segment specific reports showing marketing's impact on pipeline progression and closed deals
Stay current on target accounts' business developments, leadership changes, and strategic initiatives
Maintain detailed account profiles and engagement histories in CRM/MAP systems (Salesforce, HubSpot)
What you'll bring
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
5+ years of B2B SaaS marketing experience, including 2+ years dedicated to account-based marketing
Proven track record of launching successful online and in-person ABM programs
Familiarity with the B2B2x buyer journey and SaaS marketing best practices
Experience defining and segmenting audiences for optimal results
Experience with tools such as HubSpot, Salesforce, Clay, ZoomInfo, 6Sense, and WordPress
Strong analytical mindset and ability to translate campaign data into actionable insights
Excellent project management skills and attention to detail
Collaborative and proactive communicator comfortable working cross-functionally

Working cross-functionally with sales, product marketing, corporate communications, and revenue operations, we create and maintain market interest while building a robust pipeline of potential new customers and identifying cross-sale opportunities.

Worldpay is committed to providing its employees with an exciting career opportunity and competitive compensation. The pay range for this full-time position is $96,500.00 - $162,000.00 and reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for this position based on the posted role, level, and location. Within the range, actual individual starting pay is determined by additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Any changes in work location will also impact actual individual starting pay. Please consult with your recruiter about the specific salary range for your preferred location during the hiring process.
