As a wholly owned subsidiary of First Financial Bank, we provide customized leasing solutions to businesses nationwide. We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and proactive End of Term Portfolio Analyst to join our team full-time.

Position Summary:
The End of Term Portfolio Analyst will play a critical role in managing lease maturities, negotiating end-of-term options with lessees, analyzing equipment values, and supporting internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth transitions at lease conclusion.

Key Responsibilities:

* Negotiate end-of-lease options and requirements with lessees.
* Draft and send End of Term Lease Proposal Letters.
* Facilitate equipment sales negotiations with lessees and vendors.
* Research and obtain equipment values from vendors for off-lease assets.
* Analyze sales bids for equipment against internal benchmarks and booked residual values.
* Coordinate logistics for equipment returns.
* Collaborate with vendor partners during end-of-term lease processes.
* Document and invoice lessee charges related to equipment overuse, as defined in contracts.
* Maintain and update the Equipment Return Analysis Report.
* Review and interpret equipment audit and condition reports.
* Generate and manage chargeback invoices.
* Prepare early termination quotes upon request.
* Monitor and analyze upcoming lease maturities by asset segment.
* Evaluate the financial performance of individual lessees.
* Work with internal stakeholders to ensure asset documentation supports future secondary market sales.
* Partner with Accounting to ensure accurate lease schedule alignment and proper profit recognition.
* Allocate incoming funds related to lease conclusions for accounting purposes.
* Coordinate end-of-lease options with partner lessors.
* Manage A/R collections in collaboration with partner lessors and lessees.

Qualifications:

Required:

* Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
* Strong analytical and organizational skills
* Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
* Self-motivated with a strong work ethic
* Ability to manage multiple priorities and transactions simultaneously
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word)
Preferred:

* Minimum 3 years of experience in a related role
* Familiarity with lease management systems such as Aspire and/or Lease Plus
* Background in equipment leasing or mortgage industries
