About the Job

Key Responsibilities:

* Conduct on-site inspections of residential properties
* Verify compliance with energy codes and green building standards
* Document inspection findings and prepare reports
* Communicate findings to project managers, builders, and homeowners
* Provide recommendations for energy efficiency improvements

Preferred Qualifications:

* Previous experience in residential energy efficiency, green building, or a related field
* Knowledge of energy codes and green building standards
* Strong attention to detail
* Excellent communication skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
