Responsibilities
Classification: Exempt / Non-Bargaining
Position may be located remote. #LI-Remote
Responsible for the Commercial and Carrier business unit overall repair and service experience and implementation strategy
Lead organization responsibility for troubleshooting and resolving customer network and product components
Provide leadership, set technical direction, implement tooling using standards-based technologies and participate during all product delivery phases.
Provide input to the strategic direction directly influencing the business direction in new and existing products and systems
Operates at all levels of the organization, communicates effectively with both business and technical audiences, and effectively balances priorities to optimize resources and exceed service targets.
Participate in financial management and reporting activities including budget development, quarterly forecasting, and monthly variance reporting
Oversee the research and implementation of enterprise system-wide network service solutions to support customer business/mission goals and objectives.
Evaluate and monitor health and performance of the network including hardware and management software.
Develop and maintain a road map for capabilities, operations, and technologies.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science or equivalent with 10 years' related experience, including at least 5 years' managerial experience.
At least 10 years of Commerical and Carrier network experience or equivalent having held Sr. Management positions of similar size, scope, and responsibility.
Proven leadership of a diverse, multi-disciplinary team of professionals, including matrixed and third-party management.
Depth of industry knowledge and technology trends
A minimum of 7 years of technical experience in Network Design and Support.

Salary
Pay range (commensurate with skills and experience): $114,708 - $208,440
