DUTIES: Design, develop and implement advanced data analytics solutions, utilizing large language models and AI to enhance regulatory reporting and support senior management decision-making. Develop and maintain a comprehensive suite of analytical dashboards and reports, providing insightful views that span the spectrum of business operations and regulatory requirements. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and automate data routines, processes, and reporting to improve efficiency and accuracy in data management. Utilize expertise in data visualization tools to create interactive and actionable dashboards that facilitate strategic planning and performance monitoring. Apply machine learning techniques, including regression analysis, decision trees, and classifiers, to develop predictive models and uncover data-driven insights. Work on initiatives from conception to execution, while ensuring alignment with business objectives and regulatory standards. Leverage advanced SQL and Python skills to perform complex data analysis, data blending, and ETL processes, ensuring data integrity and reliability across diverse data sources. Foster a culture of continuous improvement by staying abreast of emerging trends in data analytics, AI, and regulatory compliance, and drive innovation within the organization.
REQUIREMENTS: Master's degree in Information Systems Technologies, Information Assurance, Computer Science, Data Science, or related field of study plus three (3) years of experience in the job offered or as Strategic Analytics, Business Analytics, Data Analyst, or related occupation. The employer will alternatively accept a Bachelor's degree in Information Systems Technologies, Information Assurance, Computer Science, Data Science, or related field of study plus five (5) years of experience in the job offered or as Strategic Analytics, Business Analytics, Data Analyst, or related occupation. This position requires three (3) years of experience with the following: Data analytics of credit portfolios in the financial services industry with emphasis on translating quantitative information into actionable insights that can be leveraged by analytic and non-analytic staff; Performing data manipulation, data structuring, and query optimization using SQL and Python to process datasets; Designing and developing interactive dashboards using Tableau and Alteryx; Managing projects in an Agile environment. This position requires two (2) years of experience with the following: Performing statistical analysis using machine learning methods including logistic regression, multivariate regression, classification techniques, attribution, and cohort analysis; Implementation of Artificial Intelligence (AI) within an analytics organization with a focus on user adoption and integration into both production reporting, dashboarding processes and exploratory analytics.
