A nationally respected facilities management provider is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead day-to-day operations at a major Cincinnati, OH site. This is a direct-hire, first-shift opportunity designed for a skilled technician ready to take the next step in their career.

Pay & Schedule

Pay Range: $22-$26 per hour, based on experience

Shift: First Shift | Monday through Friday

What You'll Be Doing

Supervise and lead a small team of two associates in day-to-day building maintenance

Perform MEP tasks including electrical, plumbing, mechanical, and HVAC troubleshooting and repairs

Handle general handyman duties such as unclogging sinks, fixing minor leaks, replacing switches and ballasts

Maintain lighting systems, including parking lot and emergency lights

Check and maintain all building equipment, making necessary repairs to ensure safe and efficient operation

Perform snow removal in winter months and basic outdoor upkeep as needed

Replace ceiling tiles, carpet tiles, rubber base, and complete minor cosmetic building repairs

Manage inventory, order MEP supplies, and ensure all necessary parts are available

Maintain detailed and accurate records, reports, and logs

Communicate clearly with the on-site customer and management regarding work requests, timelines, and needs

What You'll Need to Succeed

High School Diploma or GED required; trade school or apprenticeship a plus

4-6 years of hands-on facilities maintenance experience

Solid knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical systems

Proven ability to supervise a small team and manage daily tasks

Valid driver's license required

Ability to read blueprints, tape measures, and follow maintenance instructions

Strong communication skills and professional demeanor in client-facing environments

Physically able to lift up to 50 lbs regularly, and occasionally up to 100 lbs

Comfortable working in loud, varied environments, and in all weather conditions
