About the Job

Staffmark is currently hiring a Warehouse Lead in West Chester, OH to support operations for a major distribution center.

Schedule: Monday - Friday | 3:30 PM - 12:00 AM OR Monday - Friday | 7 AM - 3:30 PM

Pay: $18.00-$18.50/hour

Job Duties:

Coordinate daily orders with allocators (FIFO)

Train associates using SOPs/WIs

Track production and KPIs manually and digitally

Monitor team performance and report to supervisor

Identify and communicate safety concerns

Promote team engagement and effective communication

Requirements:

Warehouse experience required

Proficiency in Microsoft Office

Strong time management skills

Comfortable using Warehouse Management Systems

English required; bilingual preferred
