JOB DUTIES:  
Responsible for implementing quality control and food safety procedures for food processing operation. Specific duties include: (1) evaluating the company’s meat quality and process requirements and capabilities; (2) improving and implementing procedures, protocols, and systems relating to live animal storage/processing; (3) implementing processes to improve quality control, including original labeling in accordance with USDA, food security, and state and federal compliance; (4) identifying and creating new systems and processes to improve profitability, consumer/environmental protection, and employee safety.

REQUIREMENTS:      
Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Food Engineering, Agroindustrial Engineering, or related.
