Seeking an exciting opportunity to launch or grow your career? Then Woolpert is seeking you! Woolpert is hiring a Prequalification Proposal Intern to join our dynamic Prequalifications Team at our Dayton, OH office. This internship reports to the Prequalification Manager and is responsible for supporting prequalifications and vendor management tasks. Ideal candidates will be adaptable to the work environment, and be able to work remotely. Priority will be given to candidates who are pursuing a degree in Library and Information Science; English; Research; Technical writing or similar Administrative degree. Please note this internship is a part-time internship for the Fall of 2025.

Essential Functions

As a Prequalification Proposal Intern at Woolpert, you will:

Complete data entry tasks
Assist with formatting and compiling documents and reports
Compile/submit vendor requests
Support with client portal(s) management
And participate in team meetings

Minimum Requirements

High School Diploma
1+ years of experience in an Administrative Assistant or Researcher role
Microsoft Office programs, primarily Word and Excel, Teams, and SharePoint
Travel: To Woolpert office as needed

Preferred Skills and Abilities

Ability to use independent judgment to fulfill job responsibilities
Flexible and can adapt to change
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office programs, primarily Word and Excel
Effective speaking and listening skills
Ability to multitask and attention to detail
