Job Description

Pump Pro's, a division of FCX Performance; an Applied Industrial Technologies Company and a leading process flow control company.

As a Warehouse Manager, you will supervise and manage the warehouse/assembly staff. This includes responsibility over the repair, shipping/receiving and inventory operations of Pump Pros - Mason, OH.

Essential Functions & Responsibilities:

Maintains receiving, warehousing, distribution and technical assembly operations by initiating, coordinating, and enforcing operational, and personnel policies and procedures.
Supervise and manage warehouse & assembly staff.
Maintains high customer service levels by managing and scheduling assembly operations to meet customer requirements.
Implement effective coaching and training of warehouse & technical assembly staff while supervising them and ensuring accountability.
Work closely with Customer Service personnel to process product returns in a timely manner.
Controls inventory levels by conducting physical counts, cycle counts and assistance with the inventory reconciliation process.
Communicate with vendors, representatives, and shipping to ensure highest quality service.
Ensure company-owned vehicles are properly utilized and maintained.

Essential Physical Functions/Equipment Used:

Must be able to lift objects weighing up to 75lbs.
Must be able to stand, kneel, and walk for long periods.
Must be able to, or possess ability to learn how to, operate large warehouse equipment; namely forklifts.
Knowledge of rigging, lifting and moving heavy and awkward products.

Preferred Education/Experience:

High school Diploma or equivalent required, 2 or 4 year Degree in Warehouse Management, Industrial Distribution, Inventory Control, or Planning/Logistics strongly preferred
Minimum 7+ years' experience in a Warehouse environment required, with at least 3+ in a Supervisory/Management role overseeing a team of a multi-role team of 10-15 employees including technicians, inventory associates, and S&R personnel.
5+ years prior work experience with inventory control, cycle counting, and reconciliation processes preferred.

3+ years forklift instruction/certification and safety/security compliance experience required.
3+ years shipping and receiving work experience preferred, familiarity with UPS & FedEx highly desired.
