Hours & Pay

Pay Range: $50,000 - $100,000 annually (based on experience)

Schedule: Flexible availability required (nights, weekends, holidays, and early mornings)

What You'll Be Doing

Lead daily kitchen operations including food prep, cooking, plating, and sanitation

Hire, train, and manage kitchen staff while promoting a team-focused culture

Design and execute seasonal, crowd-pleasing menus that reflect our brand identity

Monitor food safety compliance and maintain top-tier cleanliness

Oversee food inventory, ordering, and cost control for maximum efficiency

Coordinate production schedules and kitchen workflows for optimal service

Collaborate closely with the front-of-house team to ensure seamless service

Stay agile during scheduled shifts, high-volume events, and peak hours

What We're Looking For

Minimum 3 years of experience as a Kitchen Manager, Executive Chef, or Sous Chef

Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a high-performing kitchen team

Expertise in food safety, kitchen operations, and culinary techniques

Strong communication and time management skills

Hands-on, flexible, and willing to jump in wherever needed to get the job done

Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
