Job Description

Our Opening and Your Responsibilities
As the Payroll and Benefits Coordinator, you will provide support with audits, payroll processing and benefits administration support. The position must recognize the need to remain flexible and display a strong sense of urgency.

Generating and distributing payroll reports for management and accounting purposes.
Performs audits of scheduled and non-scheduled payrolls ensuring accuracy
Performs monthly and quarterly payroll audits, in accordance with state and federal regulation
Responds to employee inquiries regarding payroll and benefits, providing clear and accurate information
Monitors and troubleshoots interface errors from vendor to vendor
Conduct audits of payroll and benefits data to ensure accuracy and resolve discrepancies
Provides support for external audits related to payroll and benefits
Provides general payroll processing support
Processes various vendor invoices
Competent in preserving confidential information.
Other duties many be assigned to meet business needs

What You Need to Succeed

Intermediate to advanced working experience in Excel with basic proficiency in Word, PowerPoint and Outlook required.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
Excellent analytical skills with high attention to detail.
Ability to multi-task, prioritize and meet tight deadlines.
Excellent organizational and planning skills.
