Clinical Supervisor

Our services are mission-focused striving to empower young people, their families and communities to succeed.  Our Clinical Supervisors are responsible for clinical outcomes and will hold service providers responsible for clinical and business standards established by the program.

Schedule: 40 hour work week, Mon. - Fri.

$5,000 Sign on Bonus!

Essential Functions:

  • Clinically supervises and supports a group of direct service providers.
  • Reviews and signs-off on all clinical documentation that requires Independent Licensure oversight.
  • Manages training and development of employees.
  • Leads training efforts for new hires within the service area to ensure consistent messaging regarding expectations related to clinical quality
  • Responsible for ensuring clients are randomly reviewed for internal audits each month
  • Handles performance management and employee relations
  • Works in collaboration with all internal and external partners

Qualifications

Required Education and Experience:

  1. Independent Licensure, LISW or LPCC. 
  2. Three (3) years of experience in the mental health field. 
  3. Demonstrated supervisory/leadership experience.
  4. Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills. 
  5. Demonstrated computer proficiency and basic office equipment. 

Preferred Education and Experience: 

1. Supervisor licensure designation.  

Additional Eligibility Qualifications:

1. Strong planning and organizational skills.
