Hillcrest Garden Center is Dover’s full-service garden center, providing landscaping design & installation services at an affordable price and a gift shop, featuring quality products

and the largest Christmas Shop in the area.

Job Description: Will manage the daily operations of a greenhouse and/or nursery. Will plan, schedule, and direct the performance of assigned staff engaged in propagating, cultivating, harvesting & selling trees, shrubs, flowers, and other plants. Will provide information & assist customers on the care & purchase of plants.

Details: Hours will range from 30-50 hours per week, Sunday thru Saturday; Wage is $15 to $25 per hour, based on experience, skills & abilities.  No benefits.

Qualifications: Must be at least 18 years old, have a HS diploma/equivalent have a minimum of 2 years related experience, possess a valid driver’s license & be physically able to lift up to 50 lbs. consistently.  Must be willing to work overtime.
