Are you a dependable, hands-on worker who takes pride in maintaining a clean and efficient facility? Staffmark is looking for a Facilities Technician in Dayton, OH to join a hardworking team dedicated to keeping operations running smoothly. If you're detail-oriented, safety-conscious, and ready for a steady day shift, this could be the perfect fit for you!

Pay: $18/hour

Hours: 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM

Job Responsibilities:

Empty and replace chip bins; load containers onto trucks

Clean and maintain filters, fans, and floors

Manage disposal of coolant and oil containers

Empty trash/recycling; bale cardboard for pickup

Clean windows and assigned areas

Assist with yard work, building upkeep, and snow removal

Set up event equipment

Perform occasional facility cleaning (bathrooms, breakrooms, etc.)

Support 5S organizational and safety efforts

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent; facilities experience a plus

Skilled with hand and power tools

Dependable, flexible, and detail-oriented

Able to stand, walk, bend, and lift 10-50 lbs regularly

Forklift and aerial lift experience required

Strong commitment to safety policies
