Staffmark is seeking a talented and motivated Production Technician to join a high-performing metal fabrication team in Dayton, OH. This is your opportunity to bring your polishing, sanding, and grinding expertise to an innovative manufacturer known for precision craftsmanship and high-quality aluminum finishes.

Hours & Pay:

Shift: 1st shift | Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday | 6:00 AM - 3:00 PM

Pay: $22+ per hour (based on experience)

What You'll Be Doing:

Polish and finish aluminum parts using manual and machine tools

Operate buffing wheels, sanders, grinders, and burnishing tools

Inspect materials for quality, consistency, and aesthetics

Apply chemical coatings as needed for durability and appearance

Maintain a safe, organized work environment following OSHA standards

Collaborate with production and quality teams to troubleshoot finishing challenges

Perform progressive sanding and polishing techniques to achieve high-end results

What We're Looking For:

1-3 years of experience in aluminum polishing, sanding, or metal finishing (required)

Experience operating buffing/grinding tools and applying finishing techniques

Detail-oriented with a commitment to delivering flawless results

Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for extended periods

High school diploma or equivalent (technical training is a plus)

Team player with strong communication and problem-solving skills
