In Thermal Management MAHLE is one of the world's leading original equipment manufacturers today, developing cooling and air conditioning systems as well as complete thermal management solutions not only for passenger cars and commercial vehicles but also for various mobile and stationary off-highway applications.

To increase the efficiency and service life of engines, as well as to reduce emissions, MAHLE manufactures filters and pump systems as well as oil coolers for engine and transmission applications. This way we ensure clean air and prevent contamination in oil and fuel that can damage the engine. Clean supply air is also extremely important for the smooth operation of fuel cells.

Your Contribution

* Provide financial leadership while supporting operations through reporting, accounting, budgeting, forecasting and investment/returns analysis.

* Responsible for all plant financial results and analysis.

* Forecasting: Daily, weekly, monthly, and annual reporting including variance analysis

* Month-end, Quarter-end, and Calendar-Year End Closings.

* Prepare, analyze, and review all capital requests, along with post review of cost savings & spending.

* Budgeting and strategic planning (yearly).

* Provide control oversight & adherence to the company's controls & and guidelines and related audit requirements.

* Partner with the plant management team on continuous improvement & cost saving opportunities.

Your Experience & Qualifications

* Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance or Business Administration.

* Strong background in GAAP reporting requirements.

* Solid background on Costing.

* Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office and SAP.

* Automotive Plant Manufacturing experience.

* Ability to prioritize, coordinate and manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-pace, lean operation.

* Able to follow projects to completion with quick turnaround times.

* Outstanding analytical, quantitative and project management abilities.
