$17.98 - $18.43/hour paid bi-weekly
10 hours shift, 4 days per week

**Saturday Shifts are 12-hour shifts unless stated otherwise by Supervisors**

Position is considered "safety sensitive" which requires the passing of an independently administered drug screen.

Required Skills

A. MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES AND TASKS/DUTIES OF THE POSITION

* Operate the box making machine and supply it with flat stock

* Transport pallets of box stock with pallet jack

* Maintain the area clean

* Make boxes manually

* Replenish glue dispenser

* Data entry for changeover

* Must have the ability to be present at work on time, follow directions and interact well with co-workers

* Employees must adhere to all policies, practices, and SOP's related to producing Safe Quality Food (SQF)

* Ensure the integrity and continued operation of the food safety system in the event of organizational or personnel changes within the company or associated facilities

* Support special projects and other duties as assigned

Required Experience

Experience:


Previous experience working with equipment in a production process
ability to work in a face-paced environment
Comfortable working in cold temperatures (facility is kept at 34 degrees)
Ability to work overtime, including weekends as required
Time management skills
Interpersonal skills
Ability to bent, stoop and lift up to 50lbs.
Maintain regular and acceptable attendance
Ability to work in the presence of chemicals (Chlorine/ Ammonia)
Ability to work in a noisy environment with moving machines
Ability to stand on hard surfaces and floors that may be wet
