JOB TITLE: Business Administrative Associate

LOCATION NAME: Cambridge, OH

REPORTS TO: Plant Manager

DEPARTMENT: Purchasing

GENERAL STATEMENT OF RESPONSIBILITIES:

Supports our management and executive teams by developing, analyzing, and presenting key performance indicators (KPIs) and operational insights. This role will be responsible for creating daily, weekly, and monthly reports, as well as developing PowerPoint presentations for management and executive leadership. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, advanced Excel expertise, and the ability to communicate complex data in a clear and actionable manner.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Data Analysis & Reporting:

* Prepare and distribute daily and weekly KPI reports to track operational and financial performance.

* Develop monthly executive-level reports summarizing trends, insights, and key takeaways.

* Analyze data from multiple sources to identify patterns, variances, and improvement opportunities.

* Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency in all reporting activities.

Presentation Development & Communication:

* Design and build high-quality PowerPoint presentations for management and executive leadership.

* Translate complex data into clear visualizations, charts, and summaries that drive decision-making.

* Present findings and recommendations to managers and executives in a concise and professional manner.

* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather insights and create data-driven narratives.

Process Improvement & Support:

* Identify opportunities to streamline reporting processes and improve efficiency.

* Develop and maintain documentation for reporting procedures and data sources.

* Support ad-hoc analysis and special projects as needed.

EDUCATION:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Analytics, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

EXPERIENCE/SKILLS:

2+ years of experience in business analysis, reporting, or a related role.

Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, macros, Power Query, etc.).

Proficiency in PowerPoint for executive-level presentations.

Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) is a plus.

Experience with ERP, HRIS, or business intelligence tools is a plus.

Soft Skills:

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.

Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering accurate, high-quality work.
