Job Title: Veterinary Receptionist

About the Role
As a Veterinary Receptionist, you’ll be the first point of contact ( Director of First Impressions) for our clients — both in person and over the phone. You’ll play a key role in making every client and pet feel cared for and supported, while helping keep our front office running smoothly.
Responsibilities:
Greet clients and pets warmly upon arrival
Answer phones, schedule appointments, and manage the pet schedule
Check patients in/out and accurately process payments
Maintain a clean and welcoming front lobby area
Provide clear communication between clients and veterinary staff
Assist with medical recordkeeping and client reminders
Handle basic administrative duties with attention to detail and professionalism
Offer emotional support and compassion during difficult situations
✅ Qualifications:
Previous receptionist or customer service experience (vet or medical office preferred)
Passion for animals and people alike
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Strong computer and phone skills
Team-player mentality with a positive attitude
High school diploma or equivalent required
